Our names are Jeff & Julie. We are hobby breeders of those elusive Miniature Huskies officially known as Alaskan Klee Kai. We are located in Southwest Florida. As with most people who have these dogs, it was love at first sight! In 2002 we were lucky enough to have Eileen Gregory choose to let us create a forever home for our first AKK, Cayenne. The more experience we have with this breed, the more we come to love it. Our dogs are our family and all live in the house with us, or in the homes of extended family.  We breed with the goal to produce dogs that are an improvement on the parents and on the breed as a whole in regards to health and temperament.

 

Julie’s family began showing and breeding Miniature Schnauzers when she was 11 years old. Growing up in a dog breeding environment she was always taught that the health of the breed was always the first priority, and we continue that practice today. Beyond the health of the dogs, we greatly believe in proper socialization as this helps to ensure that both the people who take one of our little ones into their homes as well as the puppies are happy together.
