Our names are Jeff & Julie Baker. We are hobby breeders of those elusive Miniature Huskies officially known as Alaskan Klee Kai. We are located in sunny Southern California. As with most people who have these dogs, it was love at first sight! In 2002 we were lucky enough to have Eileen Gregory choose to let us create a forever home for our first AKK, Cayenne. The more experience we have with this breed, the more we come to love it. Our dogs are our family and all live in the house with us. We breed with the goal to produce dogs that are an improvement on the parents and on the breed as a whole in regards to health and temperament.

Julie’s family has been involved in showing and breeding Miniature Schnauzers for 18 years. Growing up in a dog breeding environment she was always taught that the health of the breed was always the first priority, and we continue that practice today. Beyond the health of the dogs, we greatly believe in proper socialization as this helps to ensure that both the people who take one of our little ones into their homes as well as the puppies are happy together.
